Trager® Certification Program Calendar

Our Trager® Certification Program calendar details can be found on page 21 of our Student Handbook. In addition, all details about our program can be found throughout student handbook. It contains a program overview, class descriptions, calendar, tuition and payment plan details, and all of our administrative policies and procedures.

For specific Level 1 details, please look at pages 4-6 of the student handbook.

Unless otherwise indicated, all are 9:30 am – 6:00pm, with 7.5 hours of education each day. Intro class times vary and are listed on the website.

 

 

 

Level 1 Dates

  • Sep 23-26, 2026 Level 1 - A & Mentastics
  • Oct 6, 2026 Supervision Day 1
  • Dec 2-5, 2026 Level 1 - B & Mentastics
  • Jan 11, 2027 Supervision Day 2

Level 1 and Level 1 extracurricular activities:

  • Level 1 Training, 8 days, each 7.5 hours -- 60 in-class clock hours (includes 8 hours of Mentastics®)
  • Level 1 Supervision Days: 2 days, each 7.5 hours -- 15 in-class clock hours
  • Level 1 Tutorial -- 2 in-class clock hours
  • Level 1 Recommending Tutorial -- 2 in-class clock hours
  • Level 1 Required Extracurricular Activities*:
    • Receive 2 sessions from Trager® practitioner(s) -- 3 hours
    • Receive 6 sessions (from student(s) or Trager® practitioner(s)) -- 9 hours
    • Provide 26 practice sessions -- 39 hours

Summary Level 1: 79 in-class clock hours, 51 extracurricular hours

Level 2 Dates

  • Feb 3-6, 2027 Level 2 - A & Mentastics
  • Mar 8, 2027 Supervision Day 3
  • Apr 7-10, 2027 Level 2 - B & Mentastics
  • May 10, 2027 Supervision Day 4

Level 2 and Level 2 extracurricular activities:
