The Professional Development Series of classes are designed to deliver potent information in a short period of time for an affordable price. Classes are primarily 2-4 hours long, held during weekdays and cover a wide range of topics in anatomy, pathology, physiolgoy, self-care and business. These classes start in September and over the next months, new offerings will be added to broaden the range of topics covered.

Seattle Classroom Locations

Since the beginning of its inception, the Therapeutic Training Center has been renting space for its classes. It has been our goal to have the Therapeutic Training Center moved into it's own facility sometime in September. The hunt for space has been going on for a long time and currently we are in negotiations another space. Until the negotiations are completed (or fall through) we have reserved classroom space at other locations in Seattle, primarily in the U-District, for each of the classes scheduled through the end of the year. As we time gets closer to the start of individual classes, we will update the class listings to indicate where a class will be held at. Each class listing indicates which location a class will be held at. If the class lists "Seattle--New Facility", then there is the possiblity of having that class in the new facility. As class starts get nearer, we will move the classes to the alternative site and update the website with the location details and inform class participants. Thank you for your support while we work through this period of time to create a full-time home for the Therapeutic Training Center.

Support for Travelers

The Therapeutic Training Center wants to be your destination for continuing education and support for professional development. We are striving to offer a mix of local, national and international instructors to teach in our classrooms. To support therapists who travel to take a class, we want to build a strong network of local therapists who have a spare bedroom, mother-in-law or other type of arrangement for rent in their homes for a fee to traveling therapists. As soon as we have finalized the arrangements for our facility we will post more information for those who might be interested in participating in renting out spare rooms for travelers.
