ZZZZZZH.) Polarity Therapy Structural Session (Seattle December 7-8, 2019)

Product Description

Instructor: Kate Bromley, LMT, RPE

The Polarity Therapy Structural class focuses on some very effective Polarity protocols to work with issues of the spine, the back and the organs. Two back soft tissue routines help to release pain and tension in the back muscles and enhance the flow of energy in the tissues of the back. These routines use deep to light pressure depending on the needs of the clients and they also work with related reflexes. The Spinal Reflex Triad Balance routine works with the positive, negative and neutral pole reflexes of the vertebra and can have profound effects on the tissues of the back as well as affecting the organs supplied by the nerves exiting the spine. We explore related area and conditions associated with vertebral misalignment. The Back Triune Reflex Balance protocol balances points that are sore in the back, neutralizes reflex points in the hand and works to balance negative or chronic foot reflexes.

You will leave this workshop with a different perspective of back pain, much better palpation skills around the spine and effective, non-invasive ways to address back pain and discomfort. In addition you will have a much better understanding of the various organs and areas of the body supplied by the nerves coming out of the spine.

What is Polarity Therapy? Polarity Therapy is a unique blend of bodywork, exercise and self-awareness that works with the human energy field. Polarity Therapy bodywork uses specific contact points to help balance and stimulate the body's electromagnetic fields. The client and practitioner work together to design sessions that work on the physical, mental, emotional levels in a safe environment.

Polarity Therapy bodywork can easily be incorporated into other styles of bodywork and can be a very useful tool in helping clients be more aware of their physical body and energy body. The type of touch used ranges from very light to deep, making it a versatile tool for anyone doing touch therapies.

Polarity Therapy was developed by Dr. Randolph Stone (1890-1981), a pioneer in holistic healthcare. Dr. Stone held degrees in osteopathic, naturopathic and chiropractic medicine. He studied and tested health theories from around the world for over 60 years, successfully combining ancient and modern theories and techniques.
