Registration, Payments and Policies: Introductory Workshop and Individual Elective Classes

Registration and Payments

Payments can be made to the Therapeutic Training Center by cash, check or credit card. A deposit of $100 may be made on any of the Introductory Workshops or Advanced Classes to guarantee a spot as long as full payment is made by the first day of class. To make a deposit on the class, please call 206.853.6875 or follow the instructions for mailing in a check payment. Unfortunately, the website will not handle partial payments so deposits cannot be made online.

  • Online Payments: On the navigation bar to the left in the green field, click on "Cranio-Sacral Classes", click on the class you would like to take and register and pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover Card)--an email will be sent confirming payment. In addition, at the bottom of the class detail page, there is a link for the class contract. Please print a copy of the contract and either fax the contract to 206.243.5185 or mail it to, "Therapeutic Training Center", PO Box 66864, Seattle, WA 98166.
  • Phone Payments: Call 206-853-6875 to register and pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover Card). Each participant will be sent a contract. Please fill it out and either fax the contract to 206.243.5185 or mail it to, "Therapeutic Training Center", PO Box 66864, Seattle, WA 98166.
  • Mail Payments: Print the Cranio-Sacral Introductory Workshop and Elective Class Contract and fill it out. Mail the contract and a check, made out to "Therapeutic Training Center", to: Therapeutic Training Center, PO Box 66864, Seattle, WA 98166.
  • Cash Payments: Call 206-853-6875 to make arrangements to drop off a cash payment and to fill out a contract.

Registrations are considered complete when the Therapeutic Training Center receives the contract and payment in full. The participant will be mailed back a copy of their contract.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of Class: If a class is canceled for any reason, participants will be sent a 100% refund within 30 days of the class being cancelled.
  • Student Not Accepted: If the applicant is not accepted for a class, the applicant will be sent a 100% refund within 30 days of the decision not to accept the student.
  • Cancellation Within Five Business Days of Application: In the event that a participant cancels within five business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) of registering, the participant will be sent a 100% refund within 30 days of receipt of written notice of the cancellation.
  • Cancellation within 30 days of the First Day of Class: The applicant will be sent a refund less a $50 administrative fee within 30 days of receipt of written notice. Instead of being charged the fee, the applicant may choose to put monies toward another class taught by the Instructor.
  • Termination of Training Once Class Has Begun: If a student's last day of attendance (LDA) is determined to be the first day of a 4-day class, the Center will retain 25% of tuition paid for that class. If the student's LDA is the second of the class, the Center will retain 50% of tuition paid for that class. If the student's LDA is any time after the second day of the class, the Center will retain 100% of tuition paid for that class.
