 Structural Integration -- Seattle 2011
Tom Myers' Kinesis, Inc. and the Therapeutic Training Center have joined together to bring the KMI Structural Integration training program to Seattle from January to December 2011.
KMI (Kinesis Myofascial Integration) is a premier training in Structural Integration (a dynamic structural therapy evolved from the work of Dr. Ida Rolf). KMI is built around Thomas Myers' Anatomy Trains® Myofascial Meridians, a revolutionary map for understanding whole-body posture and movement patterning. KMI brings clarity, depth, and gentle effectiveness to create lasting structural change.

Learn to unravel complex patterns of injury and misuse as you facilitate the progressive balance, length, and grace. Learn a wide vocabulary of touch and movement facilitation to create a maximum of empowerment with a minimum of discomfort. Learn the art, the science and the craft--old world craftsmanship with 21st century delivery.
KMI's powerful "open-inquiry" learning environment values related approaches such as cranial, visceral, yoga, and core training, and whatever other background each student brings to the table. KMI gives you the finest Fascial Anatomy palpatory skill in the business, and a coherent BodyReadingTM method. Most of all, KMI offers clear and adaptable strategies for a 3-session non-formulaic series for "fix-it" work, and the complete 12-session myofascial integration series.
